Yes. All project packages require a 50% deposit to begin. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and your approval. Retainer clients are billed monthly on the 1st via Stripe auto-pay or Zelle.
Absolutely. The Growth Site package already includes brand identity. If you want a Starter Site plus a full Brand Package, we can bundle them with a small multi-service discount. Mention it when you submit your project brief.
We build on Readdy, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Framer, and Webflow depending on your needs. We recommend the best platform based on your goals, budget, and how much you want to self-manage after launch.
Early cancellation requires 30 days written notice (3-month plan) or 60 days written notice (6-month plan). You will not be charged for months after the notice period ends. No penalty fees beyond the notice period.
Hours do not roll over month to month. We recommend reviewing your workload at the start of each month so we can plan together and make sure your hours are used effectively.
